1. Contact & Contract: Email the studio your preferred days for use along with details on the type of job or event you are hosting. Please include client/guest count. A simple contract will be emailed back to you with guidelines on using the space. Sign and return to start your booking.
2. Booking: When you confirm a date and time for your booking, remember to include set up and tear down time. Your booking invoice is determined by the full length of time you are in the space, not just the per the time of the job or event. Payment is required at least 24 hours before the booking. You will be invoiced through email and can pay online or drop off a check at the studio sometime before.
3. The Day Of: Sorcha will be onsite to help navigate the studio when needed, but is not available for instruction and direction on your job. Equipment available includes: extension cords, v-flats, seamless paper, tape, stands and clamps. Lighting and camera equipment is not available during your booking. Any hours used beyond your booking time will be invoiced in half hour increments. Often extra time can be added if needed last minute.
